OBTAIN A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
If you eed to take medication on a long-term basis, you will be provided with a repeat prescription card which you can hand in to the medical centre or pharmacy of your choice to request further supplies. Generally, our staff can
turn around most requests within 48 hours (not including weekends and Bank holidays). We do not take repeat requests over the phone, though you can order directly online.
Your local pharmacist will be able to give you free health advice at any time - you don't need an
appointment. Many pharmacies operate extended hours on a rota basis. Call NHS Direct (0845 4647) for details.
